Situation

I set up a ticketing system for site & app improvements in Airtable. These were implemented in half of the time as before the new system was in place.

Results

• By using the new setup, marketers and site owners were able to improve their collaboration by saving time and being able to implement changes faster.
• Time efficient 50% reduction in the time required for these tasks with the new set up.
• Record website changes in Airtable for future references, and documentation of these changes was automatically created for each page.
