Situation

Set up passion project 🇳🇱 Get Super Healthy with a WordPress blog with custom templates and a WooCommerce webshop. Companion and I wrote more than 300 articles about healthy mindset, recipes, and workouts.

Goal

To create a highly effective funnel, I set up an automation flow that allows me to avoid performing mandatory tasks to maintain the flow.

1. Leads (emails) attracted via Facebooks Ads
2. Automatically send with Zapier to Active Campaign
3. Added to Active Campaign welcome flow, lead receive the first email
4. 3 days later mail 2 of the flow is sent
5. The flow continues with multiple emails, and based on their behavior, users will be directed into separate flows and receive personalized emails.

Results

• Set up leads system with Facebook Ads and automatically send to Active Campaign with Zapier.
• Set up multiple email automation flows in Active Campaign.
• Created a newsletter template that includes dynamic content, which allows for a more efficient process when creating newsletters.
• Leads were tagged based on their source, newsletter behaviour, and type of conversions.
