Goal was to increase number of sold insurances within the reach of the target Cost per Action (insurance). Started with optimize Google Ads campaign and expend to SEO and CRO (with A/B testing to lower the CpA even more). Set up our own library with (un)successful A/B tests called “Improvenator” (later turned into a business and renamed to Meta Dimensions). Before a A/B test was ended it was shared to the whole company so they could vote for their favourite. With the additional feedback we used these insights for upcoming tests.
